Cube’s Warehouse gets ready for Black Friday and Christmas
With Black Friday and Christmas just around the corner, Cube Partnership is fully focused and prepared for the holiday rush this year.
As e-commerce retailers for Aston Martin Cognizant F1 team, the Rugby League World Cup and Commonwealth Games 2022, Ospreys Rugby and Caribbean Premier League, as well as the Solheim Cup 2023, we are expecting Black Friday to be the busiest day in Cube Partnership’s history so far.
Our warehouse will also be working around the clock to ensure all customer orders are shipped out in time to make delivery for Christmas. We ship worldwide, at an affordable price for the customer, and shipping includes any duties/taxes at point of purchase. Known for our excellent shipping service levels, we overcome the post-Brexit challenges of shipping into EU, by shipping duties paid.
Our holiday season’s goal, as an expert online sports retail vendor, is to get orders out the door to customers with efficiency, speed and accuracy – all the way from the onset of the Black Friday through to the January sales. And the secret to our smooth and stress-free holiday season operation lies in our warehouse floor. Critically for us, meeting order fulfilments, boosting operational efficiency and enhancing team productivity, is to fully optimise our pick-pack-ship process. We do this by ensuring a smooth flow of goods, streamlining and accelerating our order processing and ensuring customers get the right item in a timely fashion. As testified by our world-renowned brand partners, we will continue to offer the first-class customer service we are known for throughout the year.
Rebecca Bradley, Cube Partnership’s Operations Manager said: “Having spent the last few months making sure we have everything we need for Black Friday weekend to run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, I’m very confident we will have a record-breaking day at Cube. This upcoming weekend will hopefully indicate the types of volumes we expect to be achieving on a daily basis for the month of December, so it will be a great experience for all involved.”
Part of the Cube International group, Cube Partnership is at the forefront of redefining and reimagining the sports retail, ecommerce, licensing and merchandise industries, working with sports brands, lifestyle brands, teams, venues and events across the globe.
